Our rates start at $140 for individual and family clinical services, and start at $40 for group clinical services.

Out of Pocket & Rates


We offer self pay options for the following:

  • Services that are not covered by Insurance; particularly non-clinical services & Holistic Care
  • Insurances are outside of the ones that we accept (see list below)
  • People who do not have Insurance
  • People that do not wish to use their insurance for services

*If your insurance is out of our network we are open to providing you with a receipt or superbill so that you can submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement if the service qualifies for coverage.

FAQ

  • If I have and am using my insurance why do I still have to pay out of pocket?

    Insurance plans require you to cover part of your healthcare costs. This depends on the details of your specific plan.


    Deductibles: Some insurances require clients to cover a certain amount of healthcare costs for services before they (the Insurance company) begin to cover. It can sometimes range anywhere from $100-$10,000. Once you reach this threshold,  your insurance will then begin to cover your healthcare costs minus any co-pays or co-insurances (if it applies to your specific plan). This deductible amount resets every year, either at the term of your Insurance plan or the actual end of a calendar year.


    Co-Pay: This is typically a set/fixed amount that insurance requires you to pay out of your own pocket, and they will cover the rest of the healthcare cost for you. It is usually a smaller expense. This rate does not change regardless of your cost of service.


    Co-Insurance: Co-Insurance is typically a percentage amount of a healthcare cost per visit that you have to pay out of your own pocket and the rest your insurance will cover. This amount varies on the cost of service unlike co-pays.


  • What if I can't Afford Your Services?

    Holistic Harmony Offers a Sliding Scale:


    In our efforts to address the financial barriers to access to resources, we offer more affordable rates based on income. Please contact our office to see if you qualify.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    In our efforts to accommodate an increased need for clinical care, we ask for at least a 24 hour notice of ALL changes in appointments including cancellations, rescheduling etc. Late cancellations and/or no-shows will be assessed a fee.


    Cancellations must be made via phone call or email ONLY.
