Meet the Founder

Alchemy Green is the Founding CEO of Holistic Harmony Inc.; a passionate, multi-faceted professional, offering therapeutic services that assist in connecting and healing the WHOLE self. Additionally, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist in several states including the DMV and Delaware. Alchemy carries a plethora of personal and professional experience that supports her value in mental health care in different disciplines. Starting out in the nursing field for 13 years, Ms. Green decided that she wanted to provide wellness services from a larger approach, gaining an understanding that physical health is highly associated with our mindset. Alchemy also referred to as (Ms. Mo’) provides services to adults starting at age 18.

Her grounding mission is to reconcile the generational trauma amongst families, her niche being black and brown communities, taking special attention in the male population. “I really believe that an effective approach is to bring light and attend to our men who grew up in a traditional society that sometimes suppresses our men’s ability to feel comfortable with emotional expression and still be a provider and problem solver without feeling imbalanced or emasculated.

Her passion in carrying for families is fueled by her strong belief that many people who present her practice for treatment, lack one common asset; sense of community. Moreover, she recognizes that a sense of community through family doesn't have to be with blood relatives; simply a person (or two or three) is a critically impactful need in yesterday and today's world. Hence her strong approach to supporting any person who walks through the door by connecting them to resources beyond mental health. She does this by addressing the whole person, through  building a diversely skilled team. Her approach is befitting for the name Holistic Harmony.

A woman with dreadlocks and glasses is smiling in front of a brick wall

I have been practicing in clinical mental health for 10+ years, ranging from the prisions, senior living, hospice, intense grief/loss by way of homicide occuring in Pennsylvania, to crisis hospitals dealing w/ inpatient and outpatient care. Prior to clinical mental health I worked in the medical field as a nurse. Both disciplinces helped me connect the dots to the key components of wellnesss. The whole body. I later gained experience in more natural practices such as Hebal Medicine, yoga, sound bowl healing, breathing/meditation. With all of the skills under my belt , it became to hard to provided all of the services to the community. When I decided to expand from a solo practice to a team, my mission was to establish a team that enherited some of the many skills that I provide. Not only that, that they embrace a level of connection, that was warm, genuine, relatable, leveled, energetic. I am humbled to have such a team.
